Inters(p)ect and I collaborated on their eighth zine. I was given the role of creative director and introduced their audience to a secret niche. At this point I’ve been painting street art for five years - I decided to make the eighth issue of Inters(p)ect about London’s graffiti and street art culture. We then thought it would be a cool idea to launch it alongside a four day solo art show of my inkblot art at Metamophika Studio.
On the third day of the exhibition, I hosted a graffiti workshop for those who wanted an introduction to the practical side of graffiti. The presentation I made walked through the history of graffiti and an introduction to the unwritten rules of graffiti. And then gave students a chance to practice making graffiti.

To wrap up this exhibition, the last day was used to premiere the documentary Abdul Mohammed made about me “Dem FH: ‘Demi from Hackney.’ I was approached by Abdul and he was keen to make me the subject of his next film project. We start production in summer 2024 and then showcased it to a small audience who gave us very good feedback.
